Hablib Beta launched…

September 1st, 2009

hablib-logoThe road to launch of Hablib took another leap forward with our Beta site going live (www.hablib.com) which enables users to upload their property details prior to the full launch of the website.

There was also an article in the Telegraph last weekend which can be read online here on the Telegraph website which focused on the facebook-style social media capabilities of Hablib to manage the entire process of buying or selling a property online.

Another property blog has already given us the “Housebook” nickname (link here)  - we wouldn’t be so bold at this stage to call ourselves the facebook for property (well, not yet), but the comparison is flattering and not entirely inaccurate.

At this stage, users wanting to join our property revolution can upload their details to the site so that when we press the launch button, their property will be there on the site from day 1.

The exciting thing about HouseBook Hablib is that this isn’t just for buyers and sellers.  Users can register on the site just to make a statement about where they live.  To expand on that - whilst protecting details about exactly where your home is, you can collect contacts and users can engage you in conversation through the site about topics such as:

  • What it’s like to live in your area;
  • Who did your loft conversion;
  • Or even where you got those lovely soft furnishings from.

This is without having to put your home on the market for sale.  If you do ever decide to sell, then Hablib makes that easy for you, from buying a HIP (or Home Report in Scotland), to Surveys and finally Conveyancing.  Did we mention that this was all at exactly ZERO cost – a flat fee of 0% - forever?

So if you want to list yourself as “HouseProud” or if you are ready to sell (as a “Seller”), then get to www.hablib.com and register your details.
